This privacy policy applies to www.webstrian.com (“Webstrian”, “Website”, “Site”) owned by Iks Soft Development – DOOEL Skopje (“Iks Soft”, “xSoft”, "we", or "us") and describes how Webstrian collects and uses information for the visitors and users of the Website, including the personal information, you provide on our Website. This Privacy Policy also describes the choices that you have about our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information; and for practices related to data that may be collected, used, or disclosed from web based content that you create using Webstrian and its Services.
By using or accessing Webstrian, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
We will not sell, lease, or exchange your personal data to, or otherwise share your personal data with, third parties in ways other than described in this Privacy Policy. We don’t ask about your personal information unless we truly need it. We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the low, develop our products or protect our rights. 2. Registration
In order to use the Service the user have to make a registration. Throughout the registration process, we will collect your first and last name, an email address, and a password from you. These information are required in order to obtain an account. After completing the registration process, you will receive an email with details for your Webstrian account. Later you can add or change your personal information through your profile page.
The personal data that you provided in the registration form will only be processed for creating and maintaining your customer account, and for the purposes of providing the service for which you created the user account. If you wish to delete your account, you can submit a request to us and your personal data will be deleted, except in cases where we are legally obliged by law to further store your data.
Your personal data will only be stored until you delete your account. If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted without undue delay except where we are legally obliged by law to further store your data.
3. Subscriptions
After the trial period of using the Service, if you want to continue with Webstrian and make subscription, we will collect the following personally information from you: address, city, country and zip code. You may, it is optional, also provide your company name or phone number.
Webstrian uses third party payment processors as support in processing online payments. In the process of online payments we share your personally information with these third party payment processors. These third party processors’ use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this privacy policy.
4. Comments and contents
If you publish User Content or write comments on the Website, you should be aware that any personal information you may provide there can be read, collected or used by other visitors of the Website or other third parties. We are not responsible for the information you choose to publish or disclose on the Website. We cannot guarantee that such information will not be used outside of the Website.
5. CONTACT FORM
You can contact us using the contact form on our contact page. The personal data that you filled out into the contact form will only be processed for answering your request. Filling in and submitting the contact form constitutes an affirmative action by which you have given your consent to the data processing.
6. Social media
The Website provides users the possibility to connect and post content through social media websites such are Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram and others. Your interactions with such sites and any information you may provide are publicly viewable outside of the Webstrian domain. Each social media site has its own privacy policies which may be more or less protective than this Policy. If you do not wish for this information to be public visible, then you should not use these options from the Website. We are not responsible for information you choose to post in such case.
7. Uses of information
- Various features in our Website management system will, at your discretion, display your name, or adjust the date and time of events based on your locale.
- Webstrian also uses information collected through its Service to send out notifications regarding service related issues.
- We also may use and disclose your information to our third party service providers in order to send you messages, regarding new services or other products from Webstrian.
- Information collected through our service logs is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding Website traffic.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, employees or agents.

We store all user information in secure databases protected with a variety of industry standard access controls, firewalls, secure passwords, SSL encryption and other measures. However, no company, including xSoft, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of data and information through online connections and you do so at your own risk.
9. Access to personal information
The information that we store and that are related to your account, including profile, subscription and billing information can be accessed and viewed through admin panel. You can use the admin panel to update and modify your information at any time.
You can deactivate your account, following the procedure for activation with making call to our support center, but your information will stay in the system because we are obligated by law to keep the information.
10. Webstrian communications
- We use third party service providers to assist us in managing and administering communications and emails sent to us through the Website and through Webstrian managed sites. Any personal information disclosed through such communications will be governed by such third party vendors’ privacy policy.
- We will send you service related announcements in cases when it is necessary to do so. This announcements are not in promotional purposes.
- With your permission, we may also send you messages from time to time about new features or services that we will offer to our users.
- Upon issuing a customer support request to us, we may use your information and email address to contact you regarding your inquiry.
- Only non-promotional service announcements, as described above, will be issued without prior authorization.
- Upon deactivating your Webstrian account, you will receive no further communication from us (service announcements included).
11. Information sharing
We share aggregated demographic information about our visitors with our marketing partners. This information does not identify individual users. This information contains statistics related to traffic and the geographic location of our customers. We also may share aggregated user information with third parties who help us to analyze our user base to improve the Service. We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.
In the process of providing our services we use third party service providers. This include credit card processing, email service providers, analyzing data, providing customer service. These service providers have access to personal information needed to perform such functions on our behalf and authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

12. Log files
When accessing web pages on the Website, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, accessed URL, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), time of access, referring/exit pages, referral URL, operating system, geographic location, date/time stamp, clickstream data etc.

15. RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data provided to us via our website will only be stored until the purpose for which they were processed has been fulfilled. Exception to this rule are cases where we are legally obliged to keep your data for the purpose of providing information to government bodies, such as the financial and tax services. In these cases, the data storage periods can be 5 years or more depending on the legal obligations. We will not materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers. 19. Persons under 18
Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from creating or using accounts through Webstrian and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If we become aware that a person under the age of 18 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information from our files.
